Talked to the recruiters at the college career fair, who took my resume. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. One of the recruiters then gave me a call that same afternoon for an on-campus interview the following day. The interview was a panel of two recruiters who asked very general STAR-formatted questions, as well as more company-specific ones like why Exxon.
