Interview
Eerst opsturen van CV/motivatie. Daarna uitgenodigd voor eerste (twee) gesprekken. Je hebt twee gesprekken van +/- een uur met twee young professionals waarmee je waarschijnlijk werkt de eerste jaren. Hierbij krijg je in beide gesprekken een case voorgelegd die je hard op moet oplossen. Als dit goed is verlopen krijg je een laatste gesprek van +/- een uur met 2 managers.

Standaard sollicitatievragen. Eerst iets over jezelf vertellen en waarom je goed bij het bedrijf past en niet een ander oliemajor.

Respectful. Simple behavioral interview with expectation of answering questions in STAR format. Interviewer seemed interested and was calm and inquisitive throughout the process. Been a week and haven't heard any sort of follow-up, though.

Exercise was organized by dragnet. Registration process started at stated time. It Progressed till the identity and bio-data verification point. We had brief time to relax and wait for the batches ahead to conclude, before mine. Was seamless and well proctored.
