Primero hablas con una consultora de reclutamiento que te cuenta brevemente sobre la empresa y te hace unas simples preguntas. Luego te mandan un mail para entrevistarte. Te llama una profesora de ingles para hablar y verificar tu nivel de ingles. La primer entrevista es por zoom con la consultora. Te hacen preguntas y te cuentan sobre el puesto y la empresa. Luego mandan tu perfil a ExxonMobil para establecer una entrevista con la empresa en si.

Mencione algun problema que tuvo que resolver mientras estuvo trabajando y como lo resolvio.
Two rounds with managers. Mainly in person. Standard questions, mix of technical and experience and motivation questions. Not a standard set of questions for every candidate it seems. Manageable for most questions- tougher for some others.
