Interview Process Consisted of two rounds Technical and HR. In HR round I was asked around 15-20 common HR questions. In technical they asked about common questions in Heat transfer, mass transfer and fluid mechanics. After Resume shortlisting they conducted a technical test and depending on the test result few students were selected for the interview process. However there were different panels for the interview process which was based on the background of the students.
