I was contacted by them by email several weeks after applying online, invited to get an interview, and to choose a time. I went through two rounds of questions. One with 3 managers and another one with only manager. Questions were easy to answer and predictable behavioral ones.

The interview process is challenge but it would be a great opportunity. Friendly, lively and professional environment along the process. Good questions. Advanced and logical questions, well prepared is needed.

behavioral style based questions, formal structure asking for specific examples based on scenarios from your previous experience. It was one sided as in they asked the question on the paper and took notes. minimal comments or feedback during the process
