Started with an on-campus interview that was comprised mainly of STAR formatted questions and a basic resume discussion. Was then referred to a hiring organization where I waited roughly 3 weeks to be called and invited to an on-site interview. The on-site interview comprised of 5 interviews with current employees of various job titles, again focusing on STAR interview responses. The On-site interviews felt more informal like they were trying to see if you would be a good "fit" rather than drilling you with questions.
