Offered round one online interview after expression of interest. Online interview consisted of normal STAR questions and motivations to work at Exxon.
Melbourne for round two interview with travel expenses paid for. Interviewed with two engineers with 10 years of Exxon work experience. Normal STAR questions again regarding leadership and team work as well as technical skill questions and reasons for wanting to work for Exxon. Questions were required to be answered more in depth with follow up questions.
Medical, police, work eligibility and traffic background checks after interview.
