I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eze Software in Mar 2011
Interview
Was asked to fly to Boston on my own cost. Interview started from 10am, ended at 3pm. No break. Was told there would be 7 interviewers, but ended up at interview #5 since 'the rest 2 interviewers are busy'. Was asked to write scripts on board. Got rejected the next week.
Easy interview. Questions about OOPS and basic programming. Was expecting to go to the next round.
They didn't select me or give any feedback as to why they didn't select me. Likely found someone with more experience.
Received an email to schedule a phone call.
After that, I was moved forward to the first technical interview.
Finally, there were two final round technical interviews.
I never heard back after that - even after sending a follow-up email, I was ghosted after doing all of those interviews.
Inital call with recruiter, then Three rounds in total - 1 Technical and 2 Behavorial + Technical. Process took 1.5 - 2 months.
