Question 1
What challenges have you face when working with others?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eze Software (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had an HR screen which was pretty typical. Asked me about my resume and walked through my experiences. Moved onto a 1:1 interview with 2 different managers. First manager was personable and I enjoyed talking to him. He asked me situational questions. Second manager didn't really seem interested in my resume, which was understandable given that he was more technical-based and I lacked technical skills. Asked me very minimal and general questions such as, "What do you know about Eze?"
