I applied online. I interviewed at Eze Software (Hyderābād) in Sep 2021
Interview
It was a long process with 5 levels of assessments. First there was a hackerrank test for initial screening, followed up with L1/L2/L3 technical assessments.
The last was an HR round.
Questions were relatively easy. I wasn't asked any DS Algo. There were a few design related questions.
The process is quite long and disappointing. The interview experience gets unprofessional where I had to wait for each round and even ended up leaving the meeting room after wasting time waiting for the interviewee couple of times. Incorrect meeting ids, panel being changed was something I got used to.
The company isn't worth joining since they collect all documents from a candidate and provide a quite lowball offer at the end which is a complete waste of time for a candidate. The interview process itself gives a window to company culture and a huge red flag on future growth prospects within the company.
They act as if they are doing some favour by offering a job or they are some bigshot while they are working on legacy technology.

C# basic fundamentals on OOPs
Easy interview. Questions about OOPS and basic programming. Was expecting to go to the next round.
They didn't select me or give any feedback as to why they didn't select me. Likely found someone with more experience.
Received an email to schedule a phone call.
After that, I was moved forward to the first technical interview.
Finally, there were two final round technical interviews.
I never heard back after that - even after sending a follow-up email, I was ghosted after doing all of those interviews.
Inital call with recruiter, then Three rounds in total - 1 Technical and 2 Behavorial + Technical. Process took 1.5 - 2 months.
