Very clam and organic. Nice setup. One on one over teams and more a genuine conversation vs. just being there and getting asked a multitude of questions. We were able to talk about a variety of things and even expand on my previous experiences and what I’m looking for currently

Arrived early and had to wait in lobby for my interviewer. She arrived a few minutes later and we went into her office. She asked general questions based on my interests and drew bridges between their positions and my interests. The interview lasted about an hour and I heard back about a month later.
