An initial phone screening with HR and 1hr zoom meeting with hiring manager. The interview went very well and I was told what the next steps would be - coming in to meet the team and told me the week they would try to schedule it for- but then I heard nothing for a few weeks and got a generic e-mail thanking me for applying but they would pursue a better fit.
