It was a 2 step interview. 1st one was solely to find which career division you will fit into and what traits do you have that will make you an employee at the organisation. 2nd one was division interview or rather business unit interviee in which they were checking how fast will you learn, how valuable will you be and if you will fit in the team
A short phone interview with a recruiter and then a longer 30-minute interview with the manager. It was easy but they did not have great things to say about the company. Kind of shady.
