Interview process was with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Was offered an interview two days after I applied. Interview went well, roughly 5 questions. Interviewer was very cool and we ended up just having a conversation. Said she was forwarding my application the the Hiring Manager. Then two weeks passed and I was ghosted. Which is unfortunate. I met all qualifications for the job and then some…the interview lasted 40 minutes and she said there was nothing I didn’t have on my resume that didn’t meet the requirements of the position. I sent two follow-up emails each 1 week apart with no response. Then I looked up the position on LinkedIn, and saw that a fresh college grad got the job a day after my interview, and the Hiring Manager responded to her, but doesn’t have time for other applicants. I was never reached out to by the Hiring Manager and never received a denial letter. It has been 3 weeks. I would hope in the future they communicate better with their applicants, I can’t imagine there were many that were qualified for this position. Unfortunately, this left a sour taste in my mouth and I now see the company for what it is, rather than what it could be. I expected professionalism, but I received the opposite.
