Interview
4 steps in total - Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Hiring Manager + Business Analyst, Senior Manager. Overall process was more than a month, the first two interviews were just introductions, then they asked me to read a book about Rights Management and make a presentation for it which I presented on the 3rd interview. I did not make it to the last round because I was told they will not be opening the position?!?! However they asked me to send them the presentation via email ( it was a pretty good one as I put a lot of effort into it). Wasted a lot of time, the interviewer kept asking me questions that were not listed as requirements for the role, e.g. Do you have any Accounting experience? Overall I had a very negative experience with the company and I don't understand why they would make people go through such a heavy process when they are not sure the role will even exist.
Very professional interview, they ask the right questions to know how you think, and assess your skills based on some crticial well studied and structured questions. They were able to acknowledge my skills even though i did not answer all the technical questions correctly, pretty fair and smart

A week later, I had a formal interview with two team managers. They asked questions about my professional background, my understanding of integration and migration processes, the key skills needed to succeed as a Business Analyst, and my accounting knowledge, as their application integrates with financial systems. The interviewers were knowledgeable and structured in their approach, clearly aiming to assess whether I was the right fit for the role.
