FANUC interview questions

The overall interview process is more like a casual conversation, with relatively easy difficulty level and fewer technical questions. The main focus is to assess whether the interviewee's personality traits align with the company's requirements.

The interview process was composed of 2 interviews: one online with an HR referent and the manager of the position and a second one with only the manager and a future colleague of the team. Overall there was a mix of cultural fit questions asked with more technical details requested for the position. It was a very positive process and all involved were respectful and nice.
