1: Phone interview with a VERY friendly recruiter (Asks whether you are willing to relocate, if you are still interested and a bunch of other really basic questions) 2: Video Interview via Launchpad 3.1: Assessment Day Part 1: (Exam on Venn Diagrams, GCSE Math, Logic/IT/Business) 3.2: Assessment Day Part 2: (3 Interviews of approx 5-10 minutes each in which you are asked what are the values of the company, why FDM is better, etc etc)
