Rather long, consistent of Informational Phone Interview, Strength-based Video Recordings, Assessment Test, Skype Interviews and On-Site Interviews. Typically about a week of delay in between stages which really drags out the process.

Interview experience was ok, not a difficult and offer a place. Pay is challenging, and they do not offer any substantial increases over time. Their consulting approach is recruit to train and thats were it ends, short term employment is fine, long-term is not great.
