Difficult and fun! If you are lucky/talented enough to pass, it will be rewarding. If you meet their standards (e.g. university degree), you will be invited to a phone interview. If you pass that you will be invited to their office (located in the heart of downtown Toronto), where you will be undergo a few tests (e.g. IT aptitude / Math ..) and you will undergo 2 interviews, one for Technical skills, and the latter for behavioural.
