I applied online, few days later an internal recruiter contacted me and asked me to go to the next stage, (pre-recorded video). He told me that if succeeded in all stages I will take unpaid training for 3 months (that's not a job) and later on I will have a two-year contract with them for 23.5 and a little bit higher the following year. I refused as I need a salary to support myself for 3 months. In the next two months, I got contacted twice by other recruiters from the same company (lack of a good database or too eager hr)
