Interview
After the initial application the interview process started with a video interview where they asked six short strength based questions. The email they sent to describe what strength based interviews were was really helpful. The next stage was the assessment centre where , again the email describing the day was really helpful . The day consisted of 4 tests (numerical, verbal reasoning, a venn-diagram test and a multiple choice aptitude test). There were also 3 one-on-one interviews that were really similar in style to the video interview.
The recruiter who kept in touch with me was really nice and was always open to provide useful feedback at every stage of the process.

Lots of layers and not well constructed, didnt know where I stood in the process or how you were supposed to move between the various stages. Too much focus on selling the company, I think to counter the negativity surrounding them and the programme.

I got a phone call that my CV was discovered and I should apply for one of the programmes because my skills are relevant. A next day telephone call was scheduled to get to know me and my experience.

It was okay. Be prepared for the next stage, before they contact you. Otherwise you might not have enough time to prepare. After the 1st stage everything goes really fast. Go through the website to know what the next stage will entail.
