Interview process was fine. As everyone knows they have a 2 year contract . 14 days of trial period where you can leave. but if you leave afterwards, you gotta pay at 75 dollar an hour while training and afterwards its 30000 dollars flat payment. if they are unable to place you in IT companies, you will have to work for them at their premises for 30000 dollars a year salary. Technical interviewer was polite but a person named jeff taking behavioural interview was very rude. he literallly shouted at me why you want to join when you dont have experience. he seemed in a hurry and didnt let me complete. never experienced that sort of behaviour ever in canada yet. but i hope he is an exception or atleast his day was, not sure. i am describing the final zoom interview.
