Interview
The process was quite okay. the recruiters were really lovely and definitely put any nerves at ease. the process was the online application, then phone interview, it doesn't feel like an interview they just discussed the program and asked questions regarding my flexibility etc. then it was the video interview, questions were strength based but overall process was good. then assessment took place.
A relatively straightforward interview process, typical interview questions were asked such as your history, knowledge of the company, why you want to work for FDM and in your chosen sector.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group in May 2022
Interview
Very friendly and to the point. The recruiters are extremely helpful. I was told that enthusiasm, motivation and confidence are much more important than software skills since they train these anyway. The onboarding process is really friendly, the training is well-structured with great trainers who will go over things with you privately until you get it - you really feel like they are on your team.
