Interview
Interview was very formal and well organised. Hiring process took quite some time as you have to go through assessment centres and other processes. The most critical part for me was the video interview which I thought was very difficult but it ended up being very engaging and interesting.
It is a four stage process first is a phone interview, a video interview, some psychometric tests that you do online attached to the video interview link and then the final stage is an assessment centre.
The interview process was extensive but overall a good test of my skills to see if I could handle the job. It was 3/4 individual interviews and aptitude tests for Maths & English.

Psychometric tests, video interview, face to face interview. Not difficult. Some sections are long and require concentration. That's to get in to FDM. Once you're in, you have to do the same to get in with clients.
