Screening interview, Phone interview, Assessment Day
Screening and Phone interview were basic, entailing walking through resume, and choosing a particular stream of interest to train for. Was also asked a lot about knowing how the FDM model works, and relocation flexibility.
Final step was the assessment day at the office. Consisted of 3-4 tests (writing, math, aptitude, all of which were outlined in the email that was sent when passing the phone interview) , and followed with three speed interviews with a trainer, HR person, and technical person. Overall the assessment day was a straight forward process.
The lack of mobility and lack of guarantee that placement will occur is what ultimately swayed me from accepting this offer.
