Interview
Very unprofessional. You first start out with a simple phone call. Then once you've passed that they give you a strength based video interview and a technical assessment. Which both are very easy... if you've prepared, which honestly you don't need much preparation. And then lastly, you do a zoom interview.
I was very disappointed with the last interview process. So basically you and your recruiter setup specific times to do your interview. And you sit in a Zoom room while they go over the program for the 3rd time for 30 mins... and then you're supposed to do your interviews after. The introduction part, where they talked about the program, didn't start on time and ran 10-20mins over. I then sat in a room for another 30-45mins before I left bc I was done with the waiting.
First off, don't plan specific times to interview someone and then have them waiting 45mins passed the planned time to do the interview. Secondly, if you haven't already done so you should look up all the lawsuits on the FDM Group. That alone should let you know that they really don't care about their employees. It's all about signing you to a 2 year contract so that they can get you to pay them for the program.
Very straightforward with three interviews and an assessment. First interview was a basic intro phone interview and the second interview was video uploads to questions. The third interview also included a presentation about FDM.
