Out of 30+ applications for software engineering (degree) apprenticeships, multiple of which I was succesful in getting an offer from, FDM Group was the only one who never followed up with anything at all. Submitted a tailor-made CV and cover letter, wrote about a thousand words for the questions, and gave them my personal information. I have confirmation email saying they recieved my application, and then nothing more.
