Interview
The interview process was multi-staged, with a phone screen, one-on-one phone call, received a data assignment, then had a presentation in person. This not unusual for jobs requiring a data analysis skill set. What IS unusual is getting all the way to the presentation stage and not receiving a single word of feedback. I never received noticed regarding the timeline for their decision making or the fact that I didn't get the job. It's incredibly rude of a potential employer to zap approximately 8-10 hours of your time over several interviews and an assignment yet not have the courtesy to simply send a "we regret to inform you" email. I dodged a bullet.

Positive interview experience. Consisted of a short questionnaire and panel interview with future team members. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. Could tell employees enjoyed working there.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FHI 360 in Jun 2022
Interview
Applied online. One month between submitting application and getting information about the prescreen. Prescreen was a written questionnaire which was nice and allowed you to provide all the information you want the hiring manager to know. A few days later was notified I'd be moving on to panel interview and a week later was officially offered the position.
After several interview rounds I had heard nothing for several weeks; later learned position canceled. Interviews themselves were great, but wish someone had let me know that the position was canceled sooner.
