I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FHI 360 (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2023
Interview
After a lengthy application process of submitting a resume and cover letter and then entering in the resume manually on their Workday platform, I was selected for a screening. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire in advance of the screening. They sent me available benefits offered to US employees before the audio call, which was held on MS Teams. The person who conducted the screening was several minutes late and clearly did not open or read what I had sent and asked me all of the same questions. They did not seem to know the specifics of what was required for the position. I received a generic rejection email 2 weeks later, and a bonus rejection letter from the person who conducted the screening one week later (I'm not sure if they realized I had already been rejected, but it was still very much copy/pasted from a template).
Pretty straightforward process
Written test to gauge technical capabilities then oral interview. In a month we were done with the entire process and I had resumed in the office. The written test basically covers what you would do or have experience in
