I submitted my resume via their website and was contacted by HR the next day to set up a screening interview. The screening interview was with HR and took about 15 minutes. I was also queried about my salary expectations as they didn't want to continue if my expectations were beyond what they were willing to pay. I benchmarked the position on Glassdoor, so my salary expectation fit their range. On to the next round. This was a Skype interview with a director and one other I would be working with in this position. It lasted about 45 minutes. I let them know I would be in the area and available for a face-to-face follow up. I did have a follow up at their office with the director again and two others from the funding agency. At the end of the interview, I was told that there would be decision in the next couple weeks. It has been over 1.5 months and I have not been contacted.
