Interview
The interview was divided into two parts, involving both the HR representative and a technical user from the clinical service unit.
The HR representative focused on exploring my personality traits, professional strengths, and motivation for applying to the Technical Officer position. The questions aimed to understand my values, work ethic, and how well I align with the organization's mission and culture.
The user (technical interviewer) asked more in-depth questions related to my clinical experience in the HIV service unit. This included my roles and responsibilities, challenges I’ve encountered in patient care (such as ART adherence, loss to follow-up, and stigma), and how I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. They also explored how my clinical background could support technical work related to service improvement and program delivery.
Overall, the process assessed both my technical knowledge and my fit within the organization, especially in terms of transitioning from a clinical role to a more programmatic or technical support role.
Pretty straightforward process
Written test to gauge technical capabilities then oral interview. In a month we were done with the entire process and I had resumed in the office. The written test basically covers what you would do or have experience in
