I was selected for a Manager interview. The Recruiter sent me an invitation than failed to respect the virtual interview time. After a couple of days had passed, I was given the option to submit written answers to basic interview questions. I spent several hours completing the questionaire and the Recruiter, who missed the orignal interview time, couldn't be bothered to confirm even receiving my submitted answers.
I realize recruiters have a tough job but they have an obligation to the organizaations as well as all the candidates to demonstrate a minimum level of professional integrity and respect which wasn't demonstrated in this instance.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at FHI 360
Interview
Multiple rounds with differnent panels; rather lengthy, but straight forward process. One did did the opportunity to meet not only the hiring manager, but also potential colleagues and manager's boss. Interview questions were not difficult -- fairly clear review of background and experience, based off of one's CV. Emphasis was clearly on whether or not one had the requisite skill set.
