FHIA Remodeling Appointment Scheduler interview questions

I came in to learn more about the role which includes field observation. They state there is no selling, but you are selling an appointment which can be the hardest part. I felt my skills are strong enough and I was told I was very intelligent and moving up wouldn't be an issue. I was asked to come back the next day at a specific time to speak with someone else. I came, was handed 2 pages of a script, and told to call them when I knew them. This wouldn't have been so bad except there seemed to be a lack of communication between the person that told me to come back in and the person who handed me the script. He was about to tell me all of what I learned the day before so I was not thrilled about coming in to simply pick up a photocopied paper. Later that day the first interviewer sent me a text asking "what happened to you this morning?" I stated I was there at the time he told me to be there. I didn't respond again as my first impression was average.
