Unprofessional. No set questions given about specific job requirements. Had to sit there and ramble about my past experience because of this on my own with no structure. Felt as if I was being sized up the whole interview with condescending comments and gestures. Another interviewer joined the interview who was very condescending. I didn't know if I should start interviewing this interviewer instead of myself. He had to tell me about his degree in art and his opinions on my experience with Cognos and all his worldly past professional experiences. I didn't ask. This organization does not follow up with it's candidates after an interview all they get the is the blow off if not interested. How rude. I was informed by the HR Manager about the diversity and inclusion values of this organization. I did not see this in the interviewers from the way they responded during the interview. I got the feeling this organization is not interested in hiring seasoned IT professionals instead hire interns in order to maintain the status quo.
