FIS Client Sales Executive interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview, we discussed the position and salary requirements, and she told me the hiring manager was out on vacation so she'd get an interview set up after he was back. She emailed me every week checking in and finally said they'd set up an interview now that he was back-this went on for a month, then I waited another month for them to set it up only to get an email "Thank you for interviewing, we've picked another candidate." However I never even interviewed. All that for nothing. Would have been nice to not have been led on the entire time.
