FLSmidth scheduled the first interview and then the recruiter emailed 15 minutes before the scheduled time to reschedule. They never responded to my reply and then a month later I received an automated email "We have reviewed all applications for the position and regret to inform you that even though your qualifications are good we have received other applications that fulfill our requirements better". It was bizarre.
