FM Payments interview questions

The interview was super easy asked about your background and asked what keeps you motivated? During the interview I learned more about the position- It’s a door to door sales position. It is 100% face to face with business owners in your local area. You work as much or as little as you want (because it’s commission based no base pay). The recruiter explained during the interview training is not paid. The group interview went from 20 people on the call down to 6 people when the lady was done giving her presentation. Towards the end of interview you were told still interested. If so, you’d receive an email (hired or rejection).

The interview was conducted on zoom in a group setting. The interviewer asked 1 question about either our experiences or why we felt we would be a good fit for the position.
