I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FMC Technologies in Mar 2012
Interview
After several rounds of aptitude tests and HR interviews, finally had a technical interview with both hiring managers separately. Interview with first manager was very long but casual, almost 2 hours. Practical application questions were fielded and for the most part from FMC product lines. After the first interview, the second was almost a formality with it lasting just about 10 minutes with a few theory based questions.

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at FMC Technologies (Hyderābād) in Sep 2014
Interview
FMC Technologies Hyderabad visited our campus.the first round was a technical test containing 50 questions, the questions are basic physics and mechanical engineering questions ,you need to have a good practical knowledge to clear the test. the next round was a group discussion from my experience i found that they look for people with a good behavior ,respect for others and effective communication skills.I was one of the 8 selected members for the next round that is a hr interview which was conducted at their office .sadly i couldn't get past through the hr interview i think they were looking for people who can work with the company for a long time and at the time of the interview i failed to convince the interviewer that i would work with the company for a long time as i seemed to be more interested in higher education. after the hr interview( based on experience of my friends who got past through hr interview) there were a series of technical interviews in which they were asked about how they answered the questions in the technical test and some basic mechanical engineering questions .
