I first applied for the position on my University job portal. I had a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by call with a manager from the business unit. I received a call back after about 2 weeks, for the "in person" interview. Two weeks later recruiters flew in to the university and I was interviewed by a manager and a college recruiter. Offer received 1 week later.

The first round interview was a single interview. The second round interviews were more extensive, all with the Heads of the Organization. Interviews were primarily behavioral and were held at the Houston Office. The people were extremely nice and fwelcoming.
