I got selected from off campus recruitment for the interview after clearing 2 rounds. First one, test followed by Group Discussion . Then there were 3 interviews. First one concentrated on technical which was based on the question paper of the test. Second one, with H.R Manager. And third, with the Manager, which was technical as well as H.R Interview. Still waiting for their response of my interview.

They just reject high CGPA students from first round itself (Hard to believe, but true)!!! The company thinks that candidates with good acads might be planning for higher studies and therefore, might not continue with the company in future, so they don't even care to interview such candidates :/ They don't want to pay you more, but they still want you to remain with the company for at least 5 years though they already have bond for 2 years. I don't know what goes in their minds.
