Two part intern view didnt hear back for almost two months that I got the job. Then I had to come in for training and other stuff. After this I was given my cube and got right to work.

Interview
I had initially interviewed for another position at the company. Several weeks later I was contacted by a HR person who informed me that while I had not been selected for the original position, there was another opening that I may have been interested in. I expressed interest an an onsite interview was scheduled for the following week. The interview lasted about 30-40 minutes and it was with two people, the manager of the department I would be working in as well as another engineer from that department. They asked most of the typical interview questions about my experiences, schooling, and interests. They also detailed what the company did and what my position would entail.
