The interview process took about one week, it was done remotely. It started off with an assessment to gauge your personality and logic. Then it was a one way interview where you answered five questions on video. Shortly after I was invited to interview with the hiring manager Bryson. He was great, very friendly. It went well, he said he liked me and thought I was a great fit. That I’d have to meet with the director Josh and afterwards he’d contact me, see if I was still interested and move me along into the hiring process. I interviewed with Josh who was very friendly, very nice, and a great person to talk to. I also thought it went very well with him. I was told I’d be receiving an update the beginning of that next week. Then that got delayed understandably because of the Thanksgiving holiday, so then I was informed I’d get an update the beginning of that following week. When I hadn’t? I reached out again, just to follow up. I was directly met with a rejection after being replied to. I was very excited because I enjoyed everything I had learned about FMG, I was told I’d be a great fit, and thought everything aligned especially after what was verbally said to me. So I’m mostly just disappointed that what had been said to me by two higher ups? Didn’t match the outcome.
I had been told that my experience, and everything else was great.
However that doesn’t take away from both of them being very great, and accommodating.
