Applied online before Christmas on Indeed.com. Got an email around January 15th or so asking if I was still interested. Set up a phone call with HR to go over the position again and set up a 1 on 1. HR phone call was just informational but immediately set up the next interview.
First in person interview, started with HR, normal questions about work history and just forms, briefly mentioned pay, talked about a test I would have to take later, and then passed me off to the manager. The test I took later was a Wonderlic test, supposed to test like thinking fast and personality I guess.
Interviewed with a senior engineer and a manager, normal questions about resume history and things and just how I could do the job well and my qualifications. No real behavioral questions or anything, A simple conversation. Then toured the factory floor, met the team, talked a bit and left.
Had a second call back to do a skills test with SolidWorks to make sure I knew my stuff. Just had to do some drawings for an assembly. Super easy. Talked a bit to the team again, met more people, walked out and got a call the next day with an offer.
