Interview
I was contacted and initially spoke with a screener from HR. Within a week I had a virtual interview with two senior directors that went well. They warned me the next step would be a few weeks out b/c the sr. managing director was leaving for vacation. Within a week of the SMD's return, I had another virtual interview and got a job offer about a week later. Everyone was engaged, friendly, and responsive to my thoughts and questions.

What are my other areas of expertise outside of the focus of this job.
Phone screening from HR, followed by three in-person interviews. Met with three Managing Directors and had different focuses, like fit, case studies, etc. In-person interviews gave an opportunity to learn more about the position, team, culture, etc.
Initial call with recruiter to ask about interest and why FTI, This was then followed up by 4 rounds with team members across different grades - directors, partners etc, In each round, there was a case study as well as a behavioural component. They like to really dive deep into past experience and your interest in the role.
