Two back-to-back 30 minute interviews, each with two consultants from the local branch (4 interviewers total). One interviewer was an analyst and the other was a senior consultant or director. All behavioral questions and really laid back interviewers. I felt very comfortable considering it was my first interview

Question 1
What is a mistake you have made, and how did you fix it?
3 interviews- each 30 minutes long with different experts in the specific field you choose. Everyone was really friendly and the experience was enjoyable. Make sure to ask questions at the end- they really appreciated that I took time to read the website.
1 short behavioral interview, followed by superday with back to back interviews, heard back in 1-2 weeks. Didn't really know what to expect or how to prepare, they gave very little information about the whole process
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (Boston, MA) in Aug 2025
Interview
I did the pre-recorded video interview. It had two questions, pretty basic provide a snapshot of you, why FTI and why did you choose this practice area. I had a few days to prepare but was still stressed and ended up sounding a little robotic. They take a long time to get back to you after the pre-recorded video interview, they told me to expect to hear back after a month.
