Assessment day consisting of 1 long panel interview, 1 short interview with the head of strategic comms, a written and financial test and a group task. Short interview was short but difficult compared with panel interview, and the written test required you to write a press release under time pressure.

It was an online video interview consisting of three questions. Each question allowed two minutes for preparation and two minutes for answering, with one opportunity to retake each recorded response if needed.

Online video interview questions. Tested knowlege of communications strategies and awareness of current affairs. Could prepare well for the questions. Reasonable/ average time to prepare answers and overall not a negative experience.
