I'm still in the process and actually JUST completed the online interview portion. I wanted to hop on here to help those applying for an entry level consultant position. The process is extremely easy and they give you "unlimited time" to prepare for a question instead of what some companies do where they propose a question and only give you 30 seconds or so. Warning that there is no re-recording.

Hirevue in the beginning of the process next was in person with behavioral and case study typical interview questions, nothing crazy and anyone can do well if you prepare well
Three short video questions, Behavioral. These are online prompts that you answer in a given time frame. The questions were about your reasoning for choosing FTI and why you are interested in the given concentration you are interviewing for.
I received a one-way recorded interview link to complete. I did not proceed with the recordings since I did not think it was an effective way to display myself and withdrew my application.
