I applied on August 17th and completed a HireVue on August 29th. A month later on September 29th, I had a first round interview which consisted of two back to back 45-minute behavioral interviews. They definitely grilled me about all of my experiences.
Hirevue in the beginning of the process next was in person with behavioral and case study typical interview questions, nothing crazy and anyone can do well if you prepare well
Three short video questions, Behavioral. These are online prompts that you answer in a given time frame. The questions were about your reasoning for choosing FTI and why you are interested in the given concentration you are interviewing for.
I received a one-way recorded interview link to complete. I did not proceed with the recordings since I did not think it was an effective way to display myself and withdrew my application.
