I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting
Interview
I was contacted by three different recruiters from this firm. The first asked me to provide dates and times for interviews which I did. But they never got back with me. Then she said “oops I forgot can you send more dates and times?? I went thru 2 or 3 rounds of this with no interview being scheduled. Then another recruiter reached out to me and asked me to select a time on his calendar. The next available slot was over a week out but I reserved it. An hour before the meeting he cancels and asks me to select another time. I go thru 2 more rounds of this with him. He then calls me at home (not my cell) the day before Christmas to see if I had time to talk. He was on a cell with bad reception and said he would call back. Never did.
Apparently this is some kind of game these people play. Don’t waste your time applying
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Please send us some dates and times you are available to interview
Not very organized, HR went silent after multiple rounds of interviews. I did one initial screening, then an online assessment, then an interview with a peer then a case study. After all these rounds, HR went silent for weeks until I got an automated workday message saying I was not selected.
