Interview
A five step process with various people in the team and levels of seniority. First round with recruiter, then two team members, then a case study assessment and final round interview with the partner.
Initial call with recruiter to ask about interest and why FTI, This was then followed up by 4 rounds with team members across different grades - directors, partners etc, In each round, there was a case study as well as a behavioural component. They like to really dive deep into past experience and your interest in the role.
